I believe that each of us has the innate power to heal ourselves and that we also need lots of help along the way.

As a yoga therapist, I’ll begin by deeply listening to you so that I can understand what brings you to yoga therapy, what’s not going well in your life, and what you want to change.

I’ll work closely with you to design yoga and/or meditation practices that fit who you are and what you want for your life. Each time we meet, we talk together to decide what will serve you best in that moment and ultimately support you in thriving.

During our first yoga therapy session, I’ll listen carefully to what brought you to yoga therapy, help you clarify what’s not going well in your life, and invite you to envision what you want to be different. 

Informed by your priorities and your vision, working together, we can design a healing path forward, which is likely to include specific yoga and/or meditation practices carefully curated to meet your unique needs at that very moment in your life. 

Maybe the initial session is all you need. Maybe additional sessions are going to be helpful. 

If you decide to schedule follow up sessions, I will begin those subsequent times together by first focusing on what is on your mind as we begin, so that your concerns and goals are always in focus.

We can talk about your meditation practice, your current life, your past, our unfolding relationship, or anything else. As we continue to work together, we will adapt and evolve your yoga and/or meditation practices to help you create the changes you want in your life.
